At Palz&Co, we know how important our pets are to us and we understand that every pet is different. Sometimes your pup won't love their new food, treats & chews as much as you had hoped. You can shop with confidence knowing that you can return or exchange any product that didn't work out within 30 days! Shipping Speed and Rates for the Contiguous United States
- We strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days.
- We ship all orders via ground shipping.
- All packages are shipped from our California warehouse.
- You can expect to see your package 2-7 business days after your order is shipped. Tracking information will be emailed automatically upon shipment.
- Shipping is a flat rate charge of $7.00 or FREE for orders over $29.
- If the subtotal of your order is above $29, you will automatically see your shipping fee waived upon checkout.*
- An extra chew or two may qualify you for free shipping, and what pup wouldn't appreciate a few extra Bully Sticks!
- Free shipping promotions are only valid for the contiguous United States with physical street addresses. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
Non-Contiguous United States Rates
- We currently do not ship outside the 48 Contiguous US states.
International Shipping
- We love our Palzoandco fans that live outside the United States, however, we are currently unable to offer international shipping.
